Warranty & Return Policy

GENERAL

Products manufactured by Pet Guardian, LLC are warrantied against all defects in material and workmanship to the original buyer. Defective products should be returned by the buyer within 15 working days together with proof of purchase. Product will be replaced or repaired without any cost to the buyer. If the product has been tampered with, misused, abused, damaged or installed improperly without following instructions provided, this warranty will not apply. In any case, Pet Guardian will not be liable for any incidental related or consequential damages. The only warranty given is as stated above. There are no other warranties expressed or implied, including statutory warranties, other than warranties that may not be legally excluded.

RETURN POLICY

Pet Guardian LLC will accept a product for return in which product(s) are either unused or for any other reason within 30 days of original purchase. However, since the product is a seasonal product, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the total purchase price and all shipping/handling fees to and from will be borne by the Customer.
